For leaders who are holding too much.

I work with people who sense that something structural is off — recurring conflict, stalled strategy, fragile trust — and want to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface. My clients are executive directors, board chairs, and senior leaders at nonprofits, foundations, and social sector organizations. I work especially with queer leaders and women of color navigating the complexity of institutional power.

My role is to diagnose what's blocking you, facilitate the conversations your team can't have alone, and serve as an ongoing thinking partner for leaders doing this work in real time.

My work is always grounded in an equity-centered analysis of power.

Organizational Diagnostic → Something is blocking your organization — conflict keeps recurring, training isn't sticking, strategy stalls before it starts. Before investing in more programming or process, this diagnostic identifies the structural conditions underneath the stuckness and gives you a clear picture of what needs to happen first.

Over three to four weeks, I conduct stakeholder interviews, review relevant documents, and synthesize findings into a single diagnostic report with three realistic paths forward and my recommendation. We close with a live readout session to walk through it together.

This is the right place to start if you’re not sure what you’re actually dealing with — or if you’ve tried approaches that haven’t worked and want to understand why before investing further.

When you need both clarity on what’s happening beneath the surface and support building the conditions for sustainable change.

Investment: $7,500–$9,500

**Conflict Facilitation & Mediation →** When you need a skilled facilitator who can hold the room through disagreement, surface what’s unspoken, and guide your team through hard conversations without fracturing relationships.

For boards and leadership teams navigating rupture, a hard decision that keeps not getting made, or a conversation that's been deferred so long it’s now a crisis.

I design and hold the container — structured enough to be safe, open enough for honesty. This is a discrete engagement: a single session or short series tailored to your specific situation, with a post-session synthesis document capturing what emerged and what comes next.

Depending on your organizational context, this can follow a diagnostic or serve as the entry point.

Investment: $5,500–$10,000 depending on scope and org size

Workshops →

For teams who want shared language and practical tools for navigating conflict more generatively. I offer standalone workshops on conflict practice, power dynamics, and relational skills for systems change — drawing on frameworks I’ve developed and refined over years of organizational work.

Workshops are tailored to your context and can run as a single session or short series.

Investment: $5,000 per session · Series pricing available

Leadership Advisory → An ongoing thinking partnership for executive directors and board chairs. We meet regularly — monthly or biweekly — and you have access to me between sessions for the things that can’t wait. The work holds both coaching and strategic advising, depending on what the moment needs.

This is where the deepest relationships live. I recommend a six-month minimum.

Investment: $3,500–$5,000/month
